The time, date and place for the Board of Finance meeting is:

Monday, February 19th
8:00 p.m.
Town Hall (400 Main St), Lower level meeting room

This is a critical meeting - the members of the Board of Finance will discuss the expenditures needed under ROSA's petitions to acquire the Bennett's Pond property by eminent domain. Their decision will determine whether or not YOU will have an opportunity to vote on this
all-important issue.

Meeting preparation:
Although it is not a public hearing, they will take questions and comments from the public. We encourage you to offer your comments when the Board takes questions from the audience.

Visuals:
We will have a supply of Save Bennett's Pond yard signs on hand (or you can bring your own if you can find it under the snowbank!) for ROSA supporters to display during the meeting. We'll also be distributing our "Save Bennett's Pond" buttons at the door as you enter.

We must encourage the Board of Finance to allow the future of the Bennett's Pond property to go to referendum - please attend on Monday
night!!!
